A regional payments association needed its annual summit to stop feeling like a compliance seminar. We rebuilt the agenda around live product demos, moved the exhibition into the delegate flow so sponsors stopped complaining about footfall, and staged the plenary in the round — a first for the venue.

An automotive brand wanted its first electric model introduced somewhere no car had ever been. We craned a 2.1-tonne vehicle onto a Bangsar rooftop at 3am, built a reveal sequence synced to the sunset, and choreographed forty content creators so every angle of the moment was covered without a single one blocking another.

Two families, three ceremony traditions, four hundred guests and a hillside garden with no mains power. We built the entire evening on silent generators, blended Malay and Chinese customs into a single flowing ceremony sequence, and held a fully-costed wet-weather plan that — for once — stayed in the folder.
