Your event, our scar tissue

Running it in-house? Sensible — most events don't need a full agency. They need someone who has already made the expensive mistakes.

Why It Exists

Advice priced in hours, not in your whole budget

Plenty of teams can organise a good event. What they can't buy easily is twelve years of knowing which venue's loading dock floods, which AV quote is padded by forty percent, and what actually happens when the VIP is twenty minutes late to their own keynote.

Our consultants plug those gaps without taking your event away from you. You keep control and the credit; we supply the checklists, the negotiation leverage and the calm voice on comms when show day wobbles.

Engagements

Ways to borrow our brain

Plan Audit

We review your concept, budget, quotes and timeline, then hand back a written risk report with fixes ranked by urgency. Usually one week.

Supplier Negotiation

We benchmark your quotes against real market rates and renegotiate on your behalf. This engagement usually pays for itself several times over.

Run-Sheet Build

We turn your agenda into a minute-by-minute production document with cues, contacts and contingencies your whole crew can follow.

Show-Day Control

Your team fronts the event; our producer sits in the control room running comms, cues and crises.

Crisis Planning

Weather, medical, security, power, no-show speakers — a documented response for each, agreed before anyone needs it.

Team Coaching

Half-day workshops that train your internal organisers on production discipline, using your real upcoming event as the case study.

Straight Answers

How engagement works

Consultancy runs on hourly, project or show-day retainers — scoped in writing before we start, with no obligation to upgrade into full event management. Around a third of our consultancy clients later hand us an entire event; the other two-thirds get exactly what they paid for and run excellent events themselves. Both outcomes make us happy.
